On 29 October, the second Expert Talk took place in Freudenberg, offering exciting insights into successful digital projects.
The aim of the event was to present best-practice examples from SMEs (Small and medium-sized enterprises) for SMEs and demonstrate in a practical way how digital transformation can succeed at eye level and create real added value for the industry. We presented projects such as the ‘Smart Final Mix’ system and the ‘Smart Factory’ initiative, which illustrate how digitalization can increase efficiency, competitiveness and sustainability. During the tour of our new building and production facilities, the focus was on the digital transformation of building technology and production processes. Other highlights included the low-code platform and B2B software for digital production processes, which were developed in cooperation with cluetec and Simplifier.
